The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad ("KKB") wishes to announce that KKB has applied and been granted by the Companies Commission of Malaysia an extension of time of up to 28 September 2020 to hold its 44th Annual General Meeting ("44th AGM"). 

The Board of Directors of KKB will determine the appropriate date to hold the 44th AGM and make the necessary announcement on the notice of the 44th AGM in due course.
