Further to the announcement made on 13 March 2019 on the High Court’s dismissal of Global Upline Sdn Bhd’s (“GUSB”) setting aside application, KKB Builders Sdn Bhd (“KKBB”) a subsidiary of KKB Engineering Berhad has on 22 March 2019 been served with a Notice of Appeal dated 18 March 2019 by GUSB.

KKBB will categorically challenge and oppose GUSB’s appeal in connection with the Arbitral Tribunal’s Final Award made in favour of KKBB.
