Further to the announcement made on 7 November 2018 wherein KKB Builders Sdn Bhd (“KKBB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KKB Engineering Berhad (“the Company”) was served an Originating Summons by Global Upline Sdn Bhd (“GUSB”), the Company is pleased to announce that the Kuala Lumpur High Court has dismissed GUSB’s application to set aside the Arbitral Tribunal’s Final Award in favour of KKBB with costs of RM5,000.00.

KKBB will categorically challenge and oppose any application and/or appeal served by GUSB in connection with the Arbitral Tribunal’s Final Award made in favour of KKBB and to proceed with the application for recognition and enforcement thereof.

Further announcement, where necessary, on any material development will be made in due course.
