Further to the Company’s announcement made on 5 February 2018 with reference number GA1-05022018-00044, the Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad (“KKB”) wishes to further announce that the consideration for the subscription of 5,000,000 new ordinary shares at an issue price of RM1.00 each in the share capital of OceanMight Sdn Bhd (“OMSB”) was settled by way of capitalising a sum of RM5,000,000, being the amount owing by OMSB to KKB.
