The Board of Directors of KKB wishes to announce that KKB has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with State Nuclear Electric Power Planning Design & Research Institute Co. Ltd (“SNPDRI”) to collaborate with each other to identify business opportunities and to pre-qualify to be eligible to participate in tenders for projects in the State of Sarawak.

SNPDRI is a company incorporated in China and whose main business is to provide planning, consultation, survey, design, technical R&D, EPC and technical support services to domestic and overseas entities in the domains of nuclear power, thermal power, power grid and new energy sources.

The MOU is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of execution of the MOU and unless mutually agreed, the said MOU may be extended for a further six (6) months from the expiry of the six (6) months.

The Board is of the opinion that the above understanding, once formalized, will be in the best interest of KKB Group of Companies.

None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected with them has any interest in the above MOU.
