The Board of Directors ("Board") of KKB Engineering Berhad ("KKB") wishes to announce that the Board has on 27 February 2017 proposed to seek shareholder mandate for the existing RRPT by way of an ordinary resolution at the 41st AGM. A Circular to Shareholders seeking for shareholders' approval on the Proposed Shareholder Mandate is currently being prepared. 

The existing shareholder mandate was obtained at the 40th AGM of KKB held on 12 May 2016. In accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the existing shareholder mandate shall lapse at the conclusion of the 41st AGM, unless renewal is obtained.
