The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of KKB Engineering Berhad (“KKB”) is pleased to announce that KKB has received a Letter of Acceptance from Auxicorp Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd (“Auxicorp”) for the Proposed Project Saluran Paip Utama from Logi Batu Kitang to Tangki Bukit Entingan, Kuching, Sarawak (Fabrication and Supply of Steel Pipes & Specials) and additionally received Purchase Order from PETRON Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd (“PETRON”) for the Fabrication, Supply and Delivery of New Petron Cylinders.

The combined total value is worth approximately RM31.8 million (Ringgit Malaysia: Thirty-One Million Eight Hundred Thousand only).

The completion date for Auxicorp is scheduled within the Third Quarter of 2016 (3Q2016) and for PETRON within the Fourth Quarter of 2016 (4Q2016).

To the best of our knowledge, none of the Directors or major shareholders or person connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the abovementioned two (2) awards. The Board is of the opinion that both the abovementioned awards are in the best interest of KKB and its Group.

The above awards are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the KKB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.
