Further to the announcement made on 22 October 2012 pertaining to the commencement of members’ voluntary winding-up of KKB Halmac Services Sdn Bhd (“KKBHS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KKB Engineering Berhad (“KKB”) and Kiara Teknologi Sdn Bhd (“KTSB”), an associate company of KKB, KKB wishes to announce that the liquidator of KKBM and KTSB had called a general meeting pursuant to Section 272(1) of the Companies Act, 1965 (“the Act”) on 23 September 2014 (“Final Meeting”). KKBM and KTSB shall be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months after the lodging of a return required by Section 272(3) of the Act, which the liquidator of KKBM and KTSB shall lodge with the Registrar of Companies and the Official Receiver within seven (7) days from the date of the Final Meeting.
