| Contents | KKB Engineering Berhad ("KKB") is pleased to announce that KKB has on 24 June 2010 received an Official Purchase Order from Shorefield Sdn Bhd for the supply of Hot-dip Galvanised Standard Low Tension Poles and High Tension Poles in Sarawak. The total estimated value for the abovementioned project is approximately RM12.6 million. The Supply is subject to a staggered delivery schedule of approximately eight (8) months period effective August 2010. None of the Directors, major shareholders and persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the above project. The Board, having duly considered all aspects of the above project, is of the opinion that the above project is in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies. This announcement is dated 25 June 2010. |
