| Contents | The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad ("KKB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that KKB has on 20 April 2010 received a Letter of Contract Extension from Petronas Dagangan Berhad for the Fabrication, Supply and Delivery of 14kg Domestic LPG Cylinders and 50kg Industrial LPG Cylinders for Petronas Dagangan Berhad ("Contract"). The extension of the above contract with KKB is for one (1) year effective from 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011. The total estimated value for the abovementioned period based on Petronas Dagangan Berhad's estimated requirements is approximately RM12.6 million. None of the Directors, major shareholders and persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the Contract. The Board, having duly considered all aspects of the Contract, is of the opinion that the Contract is in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies. This announcement is dated 21 April 2010. |
