Bhd. for the Construction of a Proposed Warehouse and Office Extension on Sublot 1 of the Subdivision of Parent Lots 749 and 1557, Block 218 KLND, Jalan Datuk Amar Kalong Ningkan, Kuching, Sarawak at a total contract sum of approximately RM10,600,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Ten Million Six Hundred Thousand only) for a contract duration of four and a half (4 1/2) months. None of the Directors, major shareholders and persons connected with them has any interest in the above award. The Board is of the opinion that the above award is in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies. This announcement is dated 6 June 2008. |
