| Contents | The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad ("KKB") wishes to announce that Harum Bidang Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of KKB, has been issued a Letter of Award by CMS Infra Trading Sdn. Bhd. for the Supply and Delivery of Various Concrete-Lined Mild Steel Pipes & Mild Steel Mechanical Couplings. This contract is for two (2) years period with effect from 17 December 2007 at an estimated contract sum of RM30.1 million. A written agreement will be entered into between Harum Bidang Sdn. Bhd. and CMS Infra Trading Sdn. Bhd. in due course. None of the Directors, major shareholders and persons connected with them has any interest in the above award. The Board is of the opinion that the above award is in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies. This announcement is dated 21 January 2008. |
