The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad (“KKB”) wishes to announce that KKB has signed a contract with Shell International Petroleum Company Limited on 25 May 2007 for The Supply of LPG Cylinders to Shell Gas LPG Local Operating Units Malaysia at an estimated total contract sum of RM21,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Twenty-One Million only) for a contract duration of approximately two (2) years.


None of the Directors, major shareholders and persons connected with them has any interest in the above award. The Board is of the opinion that the above award is in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies.
