The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad (“KKBEB”) wishes to announce that based on the Record of Depositors of KKBEB as at 31 December 2006, the public shareholding spread was 37.25% in the hands of 2,018 public shareholders holding not less than 100 KKBEB shares each.


Thus, KKBEB has complied with the public shareholding spread requirements pursuant to Paragraph 8.15 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Listing Requirements.
