The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad ("KKB") wishes to announce that KKB has on 13 November 2006 received a Letter of Award dated 13 November 2006 from WCT Construction Sdn. Bhd. for The Design, Supply, Delivery, Installation and Completion of Steel Structural Works for the Redevelopment of Kota Kinabalu International Airport, Sabah. (Package 1: Terminal Building & Landside Infrastructure Facilities).

The total contract sum is approximately RM25.6 million (Ringgit Malaysia: Twenty Five Million And Six Hundred Thousand Only) and completion period is approximately 18 months.

None of the Directors, substantial shareholders and person connected with them has any interest in the above award. The Board is of the opinion that the above award is in the best interest KKB and its group of companies.
