The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad ("KKB") is pleased to announce that KKB has on 8 September 2006 received a purchase order from Inai Kiara Sdn. Bhd. (PO No. PO/BWGASSAN/06/493) for the Supply, Fabricate and Delivery of Steelworks and other associated works for the Proposed Jalan Sibu/Bawang Assan/Serendeng, Bahagian Sibu/Mukah Project, Sarawak.


The estimated total contract sum for the award is RM20 million and the duration period is approximately six (6) months.

The Board of Directors of KKB would like to inform that none of the Directors, substantial shareholders and persons connected with them have any interest in the above award. The Board is of the opinion that the above award is in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies.
