The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad has on 29 August 2006 declared a special tax-exempt interim dividend of 10 sen per share, in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2006, payable on 15 November 2006 to depositors whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 18 October 2006.
