The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad ("KKBEB") wishes to announce that based on the Record of Depositors of KKBEB as at 31 December 2005, the public shareholding spread was 38.34% in the hands of 2,229 public shareholders holding not less than 100 KKBEB shares each.


Thus, the Company has complied with the public shareholding spread requirements pursuant to Paragraph 8.15 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Listing Requirements.
