The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad (“KKB”) is pleased to announce that KKB has received a Purchase Order from BP Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. on 7 November 2005, a company whose registered office is at Level 31, Menara Maxis, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur for the Supply and Delivery of 14Kg LPG Cylinders with effect from 2 November 2005 till 31 December 2005.


The contract sum is worth approximately RM2,100,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Two Million and One Hundred Thousand only).

The Board of Directors of KKB would like to inform that none of the Directors, substantial shareholders and persons connected with them have any interest in the above award. The Board is of the opinion that the above award is in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies.
