The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad ("KKB") is pleased to notify Bursa Malaysia that KKB has been awarded a Contract by Kuching Water Board for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the Proposed 1100mm (N.D.) Steel Pipeline including all Associated Works from Jalan Matang/Jalan Batu Kawa Junction to Bukit Siol Reservoir, Kuching.

The estimated contract amount for the award is RM23 million and the completion period is twelve (12) months.

The Board of Directors of KKB would like to inform that none of the Directors, Substantial Shareholders and persons connected to them have any interest in the above award. The Board is of the opinion that the above award is in the best interest of KKB and its group of Companies.
