The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad ("KKB") is pleased to notify Bursa Securities that KKB has recently been awarded the following contracts:-

1. Lembaga Air Kuching:- Proposed 600mm Nominal Diameter Steel Main Renewal along Jalan Datuk Mustapha (Tender Ref: KWB/T/6/2004).

2. Global Upline Sdn. Bhd.:- Supply, Fabricate, Painting, Delivery and Installation of Mild Steel Structural Roof Truss for Redevelopment of Kuching International Airport (REKIA).
- And Supply of Street Lighting (8m) Column
- And Supply, Fabricate, Painting and Installation of Tipper Truck Body.

3. Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd.:- Supply & Delivery of Overhead Line Equipment and Accessories.

The duration for completion for all the abovementioned contracts effective month November 2004 is approximately 8 months and the total contract sum is approximately RM13.68 million only (Ringgit Malaysia Thirteen Million Six Hundred and Eighty Thousand).

The Board of Directors of KKB would like to inform that none of the Directors, Substantial Shareholders and persons connected to them have any interest in the above awards. The Board is of the opinion that the above awards are in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies.
