Estimated contract amount for the award based on MINIMUM contract quantities is RM1.04 million. The contract shall be valid until 30 June 2006 for 40% volume of SESCO's requirements.

The Board of Directors of KKB would like to inform that none of the Directors, Substantial Shareholders and persons connected to them have any interest in the above award. The Board is of the opinion that the above award is in the best interest of KKB and its group of Companies.
