ANNOUNCEMENT ON LETTER OF AWARD

The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad ("KKB") is pleased to notify the Exchange that its Subsidiary Company, Harum Bidang Sdn. Bhd. has been awarded a contract for the Supply, Manufacture and Testing of 1400mm ND MSCL Pipes and Pipe Specials by Pembinaan SLKS (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd., Kuching.


The contract sum for the award is worth approximately RM15.3 million (Ringgit Malaysia: Fifteen Million Three Hundred Thousand only) and the supply period is twelve (12) months.

The Board of Directors of KKB would like to inform that none of the Directors, Substantial Shareholders and persons connected to them have any interest in the above award. The Board is of the opinion that the above award is in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies.
