2. Letter of Award from Lembaga Air Kuching for the Supply, Delivery, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of the Proposed Upgrading/Renewal of 500mm Asbestos Cement (A.C.) Trunk Main to 750mm Steel Main from 7th Mile Reservoir to Datu Muda Reservoir, Kuching, Sarawak;

3. Letter of Award from Lembaga Air Kuching for the Supply, Delivery, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of the Proposed 750mm Steel Pipeline from Jalan Penrissen/Jalan Muara Tuang Junction to 9 3/4 Mile Reservoir, Kuching, Sarawak; and

4. Letter of Award from JGC Corporation for Shop Fabricated Structural Steel at SHELL MDS Debottlenecking Project in Bintulu, Sarawak.

The total contract sum of the above awards is approximately RM14.55 million.

The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad (KKB) would like to inform that none of the Directors, substantial shareholders and persons connected to them have any interest in the above awards. The Board is of the opinion that the above awards are in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies.
