The Board of KKB Engineering Berhad is pleased to announce that the 26th AGM of the Company shall be held on 29 May 2002. A first and final dividend of 4%, tax exempt, if approved at the AGM, will be paid on 15 August 2002 to depositors listed in the Record of Depositors as at 18 July 2002.

The notices of AGM and dividend entitlement will be advertised in The Sun on 24 April 2002.

30 printed copies of the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2001 together with the soft copy in PDF file format and the annual report checklist will be forwarded to the Exchange in due course.
