The contract sum of the award is approximately RM1.4 million and the duration of the contract is four (4) months.

2. Letter of Award from Petronas Dagangan Berhad to Edisi Optima Sdn. Bhd., an associate company of KKB Engineering Berhad for the Inspection and Requalification of LP-Gas cylinders.

The contract sum of the award is estimated at RM4.5 million and the duration of the contract is three (3) years.

The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad (KKB) would like to inform that none of the Directors, substantial shareholders and persons connected to them have any interest in the above awards. The Board is of the opinion that the above awards are in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies.
