Announcement On Extension Of Supply Agreement

Subject ANNOUNCEMENT ON EXTENSION OF SUPPLY AGREEMENT

The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad (KKB) is pleased to announce to the Exchange that the following supply agreements awarded by Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd. have been extended to 31 March 2005 vide their letter of extension dated 6 February 2002 :-


1. Supply Contract for LP Gas Cylinders expiring in 31 December 2002
2. Supply Contract for LP Gas Cylinders expiring in 31 March 2004

The total estimated contract value is approximately RM31 million.

The Board of Directors of KKB would also like to announce that none of the Directors, substantial shareholders and persons connected to them have any interest in the above award. The Board is of the opinion that the above award is in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies.
