Contents :

1. Harum Bidang Sdn Bhd (HBSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary has been awarded a
Letter of Intent dated 19 October 2001 for the manufacture, testing and supply of
mild steel cement-lined pipes and fittings by Zaramo Sdn Bhd, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

The estimated contract sum is RM1.4 million and the completion date is expected to be
in December 2001.

2. Edisi Optima Sdn Bhd (EOSB), an associate company has also been awarded Letter of
Award dated 24 October 2001 for the engineering, procurement, construction and
commissioning of Petronas Service Station situated at Lot 358, Block 9 (Jalan
Lanang), Sibu Town District, Sibu, Sarawak.

The estimated contract sum is RM980,000 and the completion date is expected to be
in August 2002.
