Further to the above announcement, the Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad (KKBEB) would like to further announce that none of the Directors, substantial shareholders and person connected to them have an interest in the Awards extended to KKBEB. All Directors are of the opinion that the Awards are in the best interest of KKBEB.
