The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad wishes to inform the typing error at page 8 of the Appendix A attached to the Annual Report 2000, whereby the following sentence of Article 118 should be read as follows :-

"The interval between the close of a financial year of the Company and the issue of annual reports relating to it shall not exceed six (6) months."

instead of

"The interval between the close of a financial year of the Company and the issue of annual reports relating to it shall not exceed four (4) months."

The Board apologises for the inadvertent error.
