Contents :

(i) a Letter of Intent dated 14 June 2000 extended to the Company by Exxon Mobil (Global Services Company) for the award of Supply and Delivery of LPG Cylinders (14 Kg and 49 Kg) effective from July 2000 until October 2001, with an option to extend for another one-year term.

(ii) a Letter of Award dated 28 June 2000 extended to the Company by Petronas Dagangan Bhd. for the Supply and Delivery of 14 Kg Domestic LPG Cylinders for a three-year period effective from July 2000 until March 2003.

The combined estimated contract sum of the abovementioned is approximately RM19 million (Ringgit Malaysia Nineteen Million Only).
