1. Several new and additional contracts have been awarded to the Company by M+W Zander (M) Sdn. Bhd. [formerly known as Meissner & Wurst (M) Sdn.Bhd.] and Walter Group International - IJM Joint Venture for the construction and fabrication works on the 1st Silicon Semiconductor Project, Kuching, Sarawak amounting to approximately RM4.6 million (Ringgit Malaysia Four Million Six Hundred Thousand only) and RM840,729 (Ringgit Malaysia Eight Hundred and Forty Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Nine only) respectively. The completion date for the abovementioned project is expected to be in the first quarter of 2000.

2. The company has also been successful in its bid in a global tender for the supply of LP Gas Cylinders for a period of three (3) years commencing 1 January 2000 to 31 December 2002 with a total contract sum of approximately RM31 million (Ringgit Malaysia Thirty One Million only) and has received a Letter of Intent on 28 December 1999 to this effect. A formal Supply Contract will be signed with Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd./Shell Timur Sdn. Bhd. within thirty days from the date of Letter of Intent.
