Kindly be advised that KKB’s entire issued and paid-up share capital of RM61,305,000 comprising 61,305,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each will be transferred from the Second Board to the Main Board of Bursa Securities under the "Industrial Products" sector with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 21 June 2007, on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of Bursa Securities.
