Further to the announcement made on 25 May 2012 pertaining to the application made by KKB Energy Pte Ltd ("KKBEPL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KKB Engineering Berhad ("KKB") to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority in Singapore ("ACRA") to strike off KKBEPL pursuant to Section 344 of the Singapore Companies Act (Cap 50), KKB wishes to announce that KKBEPL has been struck off the Register of Companies of ACRA with effect from 9 October 2012.
