Further to the announcements made on 4 July 2012, 6 July 2012 and 9 July 2012 pertaining to the Writ of Summons served by Global Upline Sdn. Bhd. ("the Plaintiff"), KKB Engineering Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Kuching High Court has on 21 September 2012 allowed its subsidiary, KKB Builders Sdn Bhd's application to stay the Plaintiff's action and for the dispute to be referred to arbitration. The Court made an Order that the action be stayed under Section 10 of the Arbitration Act 2005 pending arbitration. Further announcement on any material development will be made in due course. This announcement is dated 24 September 2012. |
