The Board of Directors ("Board") of KKB Engineering Berhad (“KKB”) wishes to announce that KKB tendered for and has been issued a Letter of Intent by KACC – JAKS JV ("KJJV") for the Supply of Steel Pipe Piles 1500mm O.D subject to the Terms, Conditions and stipulation of the Tender Document.

A formal Letter of Award shall be issued upon finalization of appointment by KJJV Management Board.

This award once formalized is worth approximately RM28 million, scheduled to commence within 3rd quarter of year 2012 and supply to be completed within 1st quarter of year 2013.

To the best of the Board's knowledge, none of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected with them has any interest in the above award. The Board is of the opinion that the above award is in the best interest of KKB and its group of companies.
