Further to the announcement made on 20 February 2012 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU"), KKB Engineering Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that as of to-date, discussion is still on-going between both parties on the framework and areas of potential collaboration identified pertaining to the MOU. The Company and Brooke Dockyard & Engineering Works Corporation had on 10 May 2012 mutually agreed to extend the MOU for another six (6) months effective from 1 June 2012 expiring on 30 November 2012. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain unchanged. This announcement is dated 10 May 2012. |
