The Board of Directors of KKB Engineering Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that a final dividend of 5 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each, taxable at 25%, in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2011, if approved at the Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 5 June 2012 to depositors whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 16 May 2012.
