The Board of Directors of KKB ENGINEERING BERHAD ( “KKB” ) wishes to announce that OCEANMIGHT SDN BHD (“OMSB”), an associated company of KKB, has been Licensed as Approved Supplier by PETRONAS, Kuala Lumpur, for the Category of “OFFSHORE FACILITIES CONST-MAJOR ONSHORE FABRICATION ” (Supplier Code: SO2020100) subject to Terms and Conditions to be complied with in the said Licence therein.
The said Licence is valid for three (3) years and shall expire in year 2016. To the best of our knowledge, none of the Directors and major shareholders or person connected with the Board of Directors of KKB has any interest, direct or indirect in the above licence. The Board of Directors of KKB, having considered all aspects of the licence is of the opinion that the Approved Licence is in the best, long term interest of KKB and its group of companies. The Licence is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of KKB, commencing 2014. This announcement is dated 25 March 2013. |
