Reference is made to KKB Engineering Berhad (“KKB”)'s announcement dated 24 December 2024 in respect of the adjudication proceedings initiated by KKB against Fook Lai Construction & Development Sdn. Bhd..

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of KKB wishes to announce that the Adjudication Decision concerning the abovementioned adjudication proceedings has been delivered by the Adjudicator on 14 March 2025 (“Adjudication Decision”). Based on the Adjudication Decision, the Adjudicator determined and delivered his decision in favor of KKB.

The Board further wishes to inform that both parties have reached an amicable settlement in respect of this matter.
