| Working experience and occupation | Puan Norliza has thirty (30) years of professional experiences in PETRONAS. Puan Norliza had served in many critical Steering Committees of varied functions in PETRONAS. Notwithstanding, Puan Norliza also participated in policy shaping committee externally in the industry such as in MPRC ( Malaysia Petroleum Resources Corporation), in the Federal Ministries as representative of PETRONAS with MITI, MOF, MEDAC (Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Cooperative Development), Minister of Economic Affairs in Prime Minister's Department and many more State Government agencies particularly in Sarawak, Sabah and Terengganu. During her last ten (10) years of corporate office, she provided senior stewardship and policy developments across its Group of Companies in the fields of Risk Management, Procurement, Governance & Supply Chain, PETRONASs' Vendors Licensing, Education and Human Capital Investment Development. Puan Norliza early foundation years in PETRONAS was in planning, marketing, contracting, distribution and logistics of petrochemicals and oil products through PETRONAS Marketing and Trading arms for its worldwide operations. The diverse experiences of worldwide operations, with stewardship roles in critical policy and organizational change provided Puan Norliza with good grounding to undertake fiduciary duties to serve as Board of Directors, and to undertake special projects that led change from policy, strategy development to realistic implementation across PETRONASs' group of companies that ultimately impact the industry nationwide. |
