We refer to the previous announcements dated 19 November 2021, 23 November 2021 and 25 November 2021 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM1.5004 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM1.5004 per KKB Share is equivalent to the 5-day VWAP of KKB Shares up to and including 20 December 2021 (being the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date).
